The Legatica building is part of the New Waltrovka campus, a Penta Real Estate project in Prague 5, which builds on the successful first stage of the Waltrovka project. What makes the building different from most new office spaces is the unique lighting system, which has been developed by Veolia and Spectrasol. All office spaces in the building are illuminated by innovative procognitive LED lighting, which mimics the sun at 97%. The solution meets the body’s need for plenty of natural light, promotes mental and physical health and contributes to mental well-being and cognitive abilities.
