The first tenants have recently moved into the new Legatica office building, which is part of the Nová Waltrovka campus created by the developer Penta Estate. The main building contractor, Veolia, chose Spectrasol as the lighting supplier to ensure the comfort and health of the tenants. For our company, this represents the most extensive lighting installation project to date in the office and common areas of a six-storey building with an area of more than 8,000 m2.

That’s why we agreed to cooperate with Spectrasol, which offers the best in LED technology for use in interiors”, says Otakar Vénos, project manager from Veolia’s business development department, adding: “Procognitive lighting significantly improves the quality of the working environment for all building occupants. At the same time, we want to inspire other similar projects”.
Procognitive lighting provides 97% of the effects of natural light, which has a profound effect on cognition, vigilance, concentration and productivity. It also reduces the level of stress related to errors and, above all, supports the long-term health of people who spend time indoors during the day.
