Pro-cognitive Lighting in Public Administration: How Light Transforms SSHR Offices into Healthy and Focused Workspaces

In 2025, the State Material Reserves Administration installed Spectrasol pro-cognitive LED lighting in selected areas of its Prague 5 headquarters.

The goal of the project was to create a healthier and more pleasant working environment that helps reduce fatigue, supports concentration, and enhances the vitality of building occupants. Thanks to the ability to control light intensity, it was possible to ensure top visual comfort while also achieving energy savings.

“The lighting fixtures met our expectations, and user feedback clearly shows that it was the right choice. The character of the lighting, along with the ability to adjust its intensity, allows for creating comfortable lighting conditions that approach natural daylight,” said Ing. Jiří Suchopár, Vice-Chairman and Director of the Office Management Section.
